Over $4,000 for the 23rd Patrick Ouellet Golf Tournament

Marcel Ouellet gave himself the mission of ensuring that more patients enjoy the same happy ending as his son. Over 25 years ago, his son Patrick’s leukemia was cured thanks to a bone marrow transplant.

Since then, the Ouellet family has given back to the Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont (HMR) so that others may benefit from the cellular therapy expertise that is being developed at the HMR.

To achieve this goal, Marcel launched an annual golf tournament that held its 23rd edition this past summer. About a hundred golfers, Ouellet family friends and loved ones, gathered for the cause. Together, they raised $4,640 for the HMR Research Centre, specifically to support the research efforts of Dr. Denis Claude Roy.

Since the beginning, the Ouellet family has donated nearly $75,000 to the HMR! The Foundation wishes to underline their generosity and commitment by expressing its heartfelt gratitude to them for their donation.

You too can contribute by making a donation, or by following the Ouellet family’s example and mobilizing those around you.
