Corpa Flora and Lulu Hughes Are Committed to the HMR Foundation

On October 27th, singer Lulu Hughes will launch the Sweet Orange Blues Campaign, in association with Corpa Flora, to raise funds for people suffering from cancer.

Wishing to always provide more support to those, who like her, have been faced with cancer, Lulu Hughes teamed up with an east end Montréal company called Corpa Flora, a reference when it comes to the creation of natural and authentic skincare products.

Joining forces with brand founder Céline Champigny, she created a cleansing oil in her image: Sweet Orange Blues. Corpa Flora has agreed to donate 50% of the proceeds from the sale of this oil, a limited edition, to the HMR Foundation.

In this way, the talented singer, who is very grateful for the care she received at the HMR, is lending her support to our spokeswoman, Dominique Michel, as part of the fundraising campaign for the Integrated Cancer Centre. The two women share a common goal: To raise the 12 million dollars needed for its construction and to improve cancer patient care at the HMR.

“This association with Corpa Flora enables me to combine a guilty pleasure and a responsible pleasure. Taking care of oneself and contributing to HMR patient care, what a unique opportunity to be a source of healing for people suffering from cancer,” said Lulu Hughes.
